asian fusion’s boat noodles are AMAZING. they beat out the local favorites, including friend’s cafe which is right across the street. unfortunately we found a couple of bristles from a steel cleaning brush in our boat noodles, making me wonder just how many i’ve unknowingly eaten. that turned me off, but i can’t deny how good the noodles are. the broth is nice, thick, and flavorful. i don’t have to add anything to the broth (which is realllyyy impressive) besides something to spicen it up. their chili oil is super spicy btw!! i love that. the beef is quite chewy; the dish would be a perfect 5 if the meat was more tender and didn’t have as much of a gamey taste (personal preference). i really only come here for the boat noodles and the sweet asian crepes. they taste warm and homemade and are the perfect way to end a meal. the interior of the restaurant is very pretty, but it is located in a rundown area. so just a heads up, you may come across a homeless person chilling in front of the restaurant, asking for change from passerby’s during the warmer seasons like i did. not the most presentable, but it’s whatever because that’s just how the area is. i haven’t tried anything else on the menu but it includes standard southeast asian cuisine, hotpot, and seafood boil! i’m interested in trying some of the other food items next time i come here. i like how the servers don’t bother you as you eat as well. they had great timing and were attentive without disrupting my meal.

One of the biggest problems with Asian restaurants is that some tend to under flavor their food. I ordered a Curry Fried Rice. When I opened it up, it looked delicious but when I took my first bite I was beyond disappointed. On a scale from 0-100 the flavoring was at the very best a 10. I was eating colored hot rice. The quality of food is good but what good is quality when you can’t taste it? My order was $15 and was well not worth the price I paid. Probably won’t be back. Sorry, I need to be honest.

Bay was such a good server! They have so many options for food, I got the spring rolls and short rib ramen, seafood and wontons. I will be coming back 10/10

Went on a Sunday around 1pm. Was seated right away. Huge menu with lots of things to choose from. The food description was well written so it's easy to order what you want. I really like that there's a variety of dishes from pho, appetizers and stir fries even seafood boil.

There's a cute photo backdrop bench at the front entry for those that like taking photos. The customer service was great. Definitely coming back to try the other food items. ?

5 star on the thai boat. It is truly good and good broth. Server saw that my broth was starting to soak up or dry up into the noodle and offer to give me more broth to top it off. Good customer service

This is my favorite place to eat! The waitress is always so kind and bubbly, I literally adore her. The food here is always great, and if you’re like a food lover like me the portion sizes are (big, yet) perfect. This is the best Karen/Kynaw restaurant in the state of Minnesota, and the prices are reasonable and not too expensive. 5/5 would recommend.

Was the best most authentic restaurant! Only one server tonight and she did amazing. She checked up on us and made sure we were doing okay. I ordered the Pad Ka Pow and it tasted exactly like Thailand! Mango sticky rice was perfectly sweet. Cajun shrimp was cooked perfectly as well. Good portions for the price we paid.
