Service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious. The margaritas were really good too. I'm normally skeptical about having cocktails because they tend to be all mixer, but these were really good.

My wife and I were working in Woodbridge, Virginia and we asked our awesome customers where is a good local and non-chain place to eat. They immediately recommended Aroma Latin Fusion which was about five miles away. Aroma Latin Fusion is a simple, casual, and cozy eatery with great food, bottled beers, wines, and drinks. They have a simple menu that has something for everyone. You can have a delicious and fabulous meal coupled with warm, friendly, and attentive customer service. The establishment is definitely a popular place with the locals and it is definitely a refreshing change from the chains! It can get very busy and we were warned by our customers that it might affect food service times... So arrive early and you won't be disappointed!

Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the host. She was very friendly and she had a very welcoming demeanor, a genuine smile, and she was very pleasant and professional. It was a Saturday around 05:00 PM and she immediately asked if we had reservations which we did not. She indicated that she would be back soon and returned with menus and immediately seated us. Gabriela S. was our server and she smiled, welcomed us, and immediately introduced herself. She poured us water and asked if we would like anything else to drink. My wife and I were fine with water with no ice. We told her about what our customers had recommended and asked her for her personal recommendations and favorites. She directed us to great entrees that you typically cannot get elsewhere.

For my entree, I had already decided on the Lomo Saltado which our customers had recommended medium temperature and my wife ordered the Cazuela De Mariscos. Gabriela asked us if we would like any sauces and she brought out three delicious sauces- one of which was spicy. Everything was absolutely delicious and both meals were prepared, portioned, cooked to perfection, and were served hot. Gabriela S. was very attentive, friendly, professional, efficient, and happy to help! In short, the fabulous food and awesome customer service made for a great dining experience! Best of all, the restaurant is located in essentially a huge outdoor mall with lots of other food establishments and a variety of stores. This, you can walk around and walk off your great meal! We will definitely be returning here when we are in the Woodbridge, Virginia area!

Everything about this restaurant is amazing! The food for one is exquisite!! Fresh and delicious! Chefs kiss the place was so clean! Everyone was so friendly. I wish nothing but the best for this owner and restaurant! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Like most places they’ve thrown together in this town center, this spot falls short of expectations considering the nice venue. The food is super bland and over priced. Ordered two empanadas that were hard as a rock. The Latin chicken soup was extremely bland. It tasted like they just boiled the chicken breast in water and put some cilantro flakes over it. No adobo no sazón..nothing, the place doesn’t even smell like they’re cooking anything good in the back smh. It tastes like the low sodium food they feed my abuela. My friend had a salad which again was super bland. Didn’t even give the rest of the menu a chance after that. The only item that was good was my margarita, which cost $18! Outrageous… I paid $80 for a soup, salad, 2 small empanadas, 1 marg, and 1 glass of vino. Can’t make this up. They need new chefs if the prices are going to be like this. 2-stars just bc it looks nice and the waitress was good. She did stop coming over once she saw me and my friend gave up eating that mess..guess she thought we were going to send it back?…. Wont be back.

Grilled picanha steak with asparagus, rice, and yuca! Steak perfectly cooked with so much flavor! Love the ambiance of this place and the service is great as well. Third time coming and the food is always good.

Extremely slow service. It took over 30 minutes to serve up soup and salad even when there were only a few people in the restaurant. It was like they were not prepared to server customers a few minutes after opening. Definitely not a place to dine in for a lunch break. The food and atmosphere were good though.

Recently tried this place and very impressed with the quality of the food and great Customer service. Our server was Joshua who was very friendly. He took time to explain and answer any questions we had. He even said, “he loves to treat the customers as he would expect his family to be treated at a restaurant”. Other employees were also very friendly.
The atmosphere was great and gave a vibe of a high end dining place. The food quality and taste was great. No regrets in anything that we ordered from the appetizer to the main course to the dessert. Definitely recommend this place and would absolutely go back again.

1st time here, came for a birthday lunch. Overall, it was a very good experience. Lomo saltado and the Mahi Mahi were delicious. Definitely will be back.
