I went through the drive through. There's never any waiting. They always get your order correct. They are always respectful and cheerful. The only fast food place I go to!!

I don’t usually go to Arby’s but I did today and ordered a classic beef and cheddar meal. On the menu the sandwich looked full and delicious. Got my sandwich and it was flat and looked iffy. It was delicious though.

We drove through and the service was great. I had the medium roast beef sandwich and my husband had the large roast beef sandwich, both of which were packed full of Arby's delicious roast beef. I had to take some of mine off because it was too full of meat for me. I usually get the regular roast beef but was a little hungrier and needed a little more. I got what I asked for and then some! The food was good and the service was fast and accurate! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I haven't been to an arbys restaurant in over 20 years. You know how it is after you have kids and you go where they want to go. Anyway, I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich and curly fries. The chicken salad was delicious. It was stuffed with chicken, apples, grapes. Flavor was just right: not bland in the least. The bread was delicious, I would like a loaf of that for sandwiches at home! The curly fries were good too, just a yummy as I remembered. The staff was friendly and engaging and even cracked jokes with us.

3 of us tried to get into your lobby to eat tonight at 820pm and doors were locked. The sign on door said they were open til 10 pm. All the lights were in. 3 vehicles were in parking lot. There was a male eating at a table … I think he was an employee. He wouldn’t make eye contact with us.

I stood at the front counter for a good 10 minutes. 3 employees were just standing there staring at me talking amongst themselves. And not one time was I asked for an order. Very disrespectful place to eat. Y’all just lost a good customer!

Even with a full or slow moving line (which is to be expected in a place that makes everything to order) the employees are so calm and friendly. They always take time to let you finish ordering and never make you feel rushed. I know I will get my food right and my fries are always hot. 5 stars here!

The staff are fantastic! The cashier was very kind and made sure my order was right and brought it out quick! I rang the bell for excellent service! However, I wish they could get the drive thru pavement fixed, there were some cones out that made it confusing if it was available or not. Overall good experience!
