Horrible company, care-givers and office staff are very unprofessional. None of the care-givers call if they're unable to make it. You have to constantly call the office and basically do their job for them to ask if anyone is showing up today; it's a constant guessing game of whether or not someone actually shows up and does their job. Absolutely terrible company.

If you plan to use this company don't bother making any plans. These people don't even deserve 1 star. They never show up. The employees constantly call off and the company doesn't even bother to get a fill in. If you are supposed to get care 3 times a week or for 12 hours a week you'll be lucky to get 1 visit and they won't be on time. This company doesn't care about you or your family or your time. If you are able, take your business elsewhere. The management and staff are equally pathetic and none of them could care less.

This company is full of empty promises & lacks professionalism. Two of their workers showed up without uniforms. One of them smelled like a cigar lounge & the other was wearing a provocative body suit. The office staff specifically, Courtney, was a nightmare. She called my grandmother, got into a screaming match, telling her “they don’t take out kitchen trash, assist with therapy etc”. When I asked for a copy of this in writing she failed to provide it. Upper management followed up & confirmed, I was in fact correct, it was apart of her care plan. However, in spite of this obvious misinformation our only beloved worker from their team was spitefully relocated, after business hours. We are immediately discontinuing service as direct result.

This “business” actually deserves ZERO stars!! We’ve entrusted this company for the past 8 months with the care of our family member & from the very beginning it’s been a complete nightmare. They’ve changed our “aide” three times & the “aides” that are tasked with coming to our home are repeatedly late or don’t show up at all & when they do show up they do absolutely nothing. No one bothers to call & let us know that the “aide” will be late or will not be able to come in. Communication is nonexistent....”management” is clueless & just plain rude! I can not emphasize enough how completely incompetent these people are. Do NOT trust these people with your loved ones....they are not fit to care anyone or anything!
