The bartenders are nice, but during my recent visit, I noticed a lack of cleanliness. The bartender was touching ice directly with dirty hands, and everything felt sticky, including the floors and tables. I understand it gets busy, but it was too gross for me to stay. I ended up walking out. I gave three stars based on past experiences with the food and staff, but I won’t return unless cleanliness improves. It hurts because the lunch menu is awesome, but some things you can’t unsee or look away from. Just my honest review.

Jaelynn, our hostess was very attentive and courteous and she was kind to the kids when they ordered their own food. Food was good she served it hot and the kids ate every bite

I’ve been eating at Razzoo’s a long time. About once a month. When I’m able to go I have one thing on my mind…Grilled Stuffed Shrimp ? ?

The portion never disappoints. The flavors are off the chart ? and I swear I am Cajun for several days?

The only downside to this last visit was the server who seemed disinterested in being there. It was our first visit to the Mesquite location, other than that ? well done.

Love the welcoming atmosphere at this Razzoo’s location. Our server Jada was amazing! Food was good (I had the catfish basket, a coco-lotta and a crescent city mud sundae).

WOW! I’m impressed how delicious the food was! This was our first time eating at this location. Our waiter was super sweet! The manager, Ricky greeted us and asked how everything was. They were very nice to us! Overall we had an amazing experience! Definitely coming back to this location (Mesquite, Tx) 10/10

I just came back from Razzoo’s with my friends and my first time experience was amazing!! I asked the girl for her name , Alexia, she was so sweet and tendered to all of our needs. She was a very good host with the kindest personality! I will definitely be going back and getting the experience all over again. Food was great.

Upon arrival we were greeted and seated, however after 20 minutes of waiting at a table without being greeted we decided to go to the bar. It took 5 minutes to get greeted there. I’m from New Orleans the gumbo was a tomato base instead of a roux. My sister and I returned it and asked for something else. We had the gumbo and salad. The manager removed the gumbo only and left the salad on the bill. We opted for a different lunch which my sister liked the etouffe. I enjoyed the rat fingers. I just put some of my daughter’s shrimp on my salad.

I hardly done out anymore, but I met a friend at Razoo's Cajun Restaurant. We were promptly seated by the hostess and promptly greeted by our server. I could tell she was a little overwhelmed when she asked us for drinks, but we both agreed to just get water now and then order drinks when she was ready for us. We ordered drinks and they came out quick. We then asked to give us five minutes for look over the menu.

When she came back, she presented a 2 For $20 Dinner special. She mentioned it was an app and an entree. So, my friend ordered that. She then asked what was the second entree. We thought it was just one entree? She then tried to explain it again. She confused us even more. Finally, my friend ordered two entrees and an appetizer. I was confused, so I ordered an appetizer and an entree.

When our meal came out, I had two entrees and my friend had two entrees and an appetizer. She put in the wrong items for me, so I decided to not make her take it back and throw the food away since it was already cooked. We had WAY MORE FOOD than we needed.

My friend got charged the $20 for two entrees and an appetizer. I got charged $34 for two entrees.

All in all, the food was good. The service was not good. I paid WAY more than I should have paid.
