Amazing restaurant with very friendly staff and very nice food! Had a really nice chat with one of the employees who was very passionate about his job and the food and he wasn't wrong. We both enjoyed our food, it was so tasty, nicely spiced and nice sized portions. We will definitely come back next time we are working in the area ?

As someone who has travelled around this country and enjoyed Indian food.. I can honestly say that this restaurant's food is absolutely 100% top class.. the staff friendly and the service professional... and the relaxing ambiance pleasurable... do not miss a chance to enjoy what we have experienced.. Worst restaurant I’ve been to in hull.
Food quality very poor - no flavour - chef does not take pride in what he cooks, even when I sent back the lamb curry - did not care or listen to our views, sent another curry that was exactly the same as first. Very small portions not worth the money. Go to Banarasi restaurant instead. Much better food.

This was my first time here after been recommended by a friend, on walking in we were greeted by staff who showed us to our table,
We were offered drinks straight away. And given menu’s the wait helpfully showed us good options to pick.
The food was delicious and the waiter explained the best way to eat it giving the best flavours we had desserts mango and raspberry absolutely delicious would definitely be back food was great and the staff were great good job 10/10

By far the best restaurant in hull, food is absolutely beautiful! Everything from starters to mains to deserts was just perfection. The staff are incredible and very attentive, your table is never left with empty glasses or plates. All the staff are super polite and make you feel very welcome 🙂 our family would highly recommend and we will be coming for years to come 🙂

Well this may contradict some reviews but it was our experience. My wife, daughter and I went in Sunday night after watching Queen (very good) and booking a table for 8:30. So, we turned and was seated. The place is nice and cozy inside. After 10 minutes I asked for a menu to which a waiter muttered yes or something. We waited another 5 minutes and askdd again. Now there was 1 table of 4 and a table of 8 all eating. So asked again and got menus. The waiter took drinks orders about a further 5 mins later. The starters arrived and were nice in all fairness. However the pickles were insipid. One just chopped onion with some flecks of parsley, the mango chutney was jam - smooth and sugary and the garlic was off white and more like yoghurt. We all said not nice. One whole hour later and after asking 4 times, restaurant near empty now with just us 2 others and the 1 table of 4. Well the mains arrived and then a few minutes later the sides. Again being fair, the mains were very nice. Wife and daughters tasted exactly the same but were different from the menu. The vegetable curry was lacking taste and watery. We all didn't like it. At nearly 10pm we abandoned the last course paid (fifty quid) and left. Mains & starter good, rest bad and service very poor. We have had better food for same money that left enough for the next day. Can't say we will visit here again. Mediocre food, bad service.
