Excellent small business. Always great service, food, and prices. Huge fan of the hibachi meals (the soup and salad that go with it are probably my favorite part). My husband loves the sushi.
Great price for reasonably healthy quick dinner. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. If you want a nice meal out that won’t kill your diet or wallet Saigon is your go to!

My fiancé and I came here yesterday for the first time. I got tempura shrimp, and the chicken teriyaki hibachi dinner which came with the chicken, fried rice, noodles, mixed vegetables, onion soup, and a house salad. The food was made fast and it tasted good. We were actually the only guests for most of the time, so it was quiet which was nice. The staff were all very polite and friendly, we didn't feel rushed even though they weren't exactly sure what time they'd be closing. I am so glad we decided to come to Saigon Fusion instead of elsewhere. We will definitely be back!

I always order Saigon Fusion to go!! They’re the only sushi restaurant that actually gets your order correct, every time…with all sauces on side. I’ve never been disappointed! Thank you Saigon for taking the time to check to-go orders are correct before sending out!!

Heard some good things about this restaurant and visited it twice in one week. Both excellent experiences! The servers are fast and super nice. Sushi is fantastic 11/10! Appetizers were fresh. Habachi lunch was very filling. Fried rice and white sauce is the best! Pho has exquisite flavors overall, but the steak is rather tough and poor cuts 8/10. Everything came out fast and fresh compared to other sushi locations locally. Bathrooms were super clean. We'll definitely be back!

I usually go with pho but I decided to try the hibachi menu. Big mistake. Fishy scallops and freezer-burned steak on top of a massive stack of noodles and rice. Not great meat portions for the price either. My girlfriend was right, only do hibachi when you can see what they're cooking.

The sushi was fine, service as well, the quality just wasn't there with my order. Pho and sushi have been good in the past as well.

I’ve been a regular customer and always enjoyed the food here, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. They served the pho without bean sprouts, which is a key component, and when I asked about alternatives, they flat-out refused to provide anything—not even a side salad to make up for the inconvenience. This kind of dismissive attitude towards customers is unacceptable. After this experience, I won’t be coming back.

We were in town to locate our dealership for service and wanted to make a day of sightseeing and to find a Vietnamese restaurant for takeout. A quick search led us to Saigon Fusion on US Hwy 441 in Mount Dora. GPS led us to the restaurant, located in a small strip mall near Hobby Lobby. "Home of Vietnamese & Japanese Cuisine."

As soon as we opened the car doors, we could smell the aroma. We arrived shortly after noon; three people came in to pick up to go orders. One other person was eating in. We knew we wanted Pho (Vietnamese Noodle Soup) and were pleasantly surprised to find 16 of the soups on the menu including chicken, beef and flank, chicken egg, pork egg, wonton egg, shrimp tempura udon (thick noodles), chicken udon, pork udon, seafood udon, tofu veggie pho, veggie pho, and shrimp pho.

However, the pho was only a small part of the extensive menu which also includes hibachi dinners; combination hibachi dinners (ex: chicken and scallop/NY steak and shrimp); kid's hibachi; sides; hibachi lunch; combination hibachi lunch; sushi lunch combination (from 11-2:30); and, dinner combination.

The sushi menu takes up most of the menu with regular rolls, vegetable rolls, tempura rolls, and special rolls: 82 in all. Appetizers, sushi bar appetizers, soup and salad, rice and noodles round out the menu.

I'm glad we had an idea of what we wanted before looking at the menu and placing our order with a very nice lady. We settled on the Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Tai with sliced medium rare steak) and the Chicken Udon Noodle Soup (thick noodles). Our order was ready in ten minutes while we looked around the spacious restaurant. The kitchen was in full view; a separate area was designed for groups. The bathrooms were immaculate.

Back at home, we were impressed with the volume of both orders and their presentation. We decided to prepare the Beef Noodle Soup and keep the Chicken Udon for another day. For ease in eating, I cut up the steak into smaller pieces before putting the broth, meat, noodles and vegetables in our induction cooker. In only a few minutes, the beef was done and all ingredients cooked through. It was delicious with a little kick. The beef and noodles were tender and the broth was excellent. We had two healthy servings with enough left over for the next day.

The Chicken Udon was just as good. That broth had a delicate ginger base with thick noodles. We prepared it in our induction cooker as well.
