I had made reservation 3 weeks ago for the 10/26/2024 and had been in contact with Cynthia and the owner and they assured me that they could accommodate us. Great I thought. Big mistake when we arrived the place was empty but it took them 30 minutes just to get us our drinks and an hour and 15 minutes to get our order and during this time I keep going to Cynthia asking if she needed to get more help because no one was attending to us. If it wasn't a big group I would have left.
Once I got the bill you would think they would try to make us happy for the poor service and give us some kind of discount for making us wait for over a hour just to take our order. So I went to the owner I told her what poor service was given to us and her attitude was I don't give a shit too bad. This owner is a piece of work. This owner can give a shit about her customers. She is a person who will cheat her way through life and takes advantage of her own people. If I'm a customer I can only imagine how she treats her employees. I will tell everyone I know never to go there again. Poor service and no apologies from the owner. This owner has no business dealing with the public and isn't a good human being.

Great ambiance and very colorful. The food and service are respectable. I appreciate having the opportunity to eat and enjoy lunch here. I'm sure it's more busy during the weekends but I went on a calm friday afternoon.

Very nice staff. The food was good. Other customers seemed to be enjoying the Mango Margaritas, the blender was a humming. We'll definitely be back. The parking lot is very small. City lot parking or street parking was an option for us.

The place is extremely hot!
The service was terrible between two waiters none of them brings us the right food! I had to personally look for our waited who miss bring water for my friend and later, I got up the second time for the waiter to bring my other friends meal.
They never offer refill for our water , even in a hot day, they don’t have AC.
The food presentación was not attractive to our appetite, the food came in difference plate not on a poster ( fish on a plate , bean in a bowl, rice una bowl and the salad “ lettuce and tomatoes with slice of white onion on top” ) the only good tasting was their water. Very disappointing we had to wait for a long time for our food because the waiters never had the right orders

Unfortunately I had a TERRIBLE experience with the server! We visited on 01/03/2024 at 12:00 p.m. it was not too busy for lunch hour. First the server/hostess saw us and ignored us for a while, We stood by the entrance as the sign instructions stated to wait to be seated. So we waited, until the busser greeted us and led us to our table. He took our drink order as the server continued to ignore us. We asked the busser if we could have a different server, but he stated she was the only one. The server took orders and then resumed ignoring us. If it wasn't for our interaction with the busser, this would have been a total failure. Finally we decided to cancel our food and leave, by then it was already 12:46 pm. We traveled a long way in hopes of enjoying good food and joined the good reviews from others, but that did not happen.

Got there at 1:20pm waited an hour the waiter only brought us drinks and charged 3.75 for a singular canned drink which was meant to be a “fountain drink” yet the worker said there wasn’t one. The food was not appeasing wish I could give it half a star, would not come back here again EVER.

This place it pretty good. Not too much selection on the menu as far as burritos and enchiladas go. But they definitely specialize in authentic mexican food. There is a 1 dollar charge if you ask for their breakfast menu(which is pretty crazy). Also it's pretty pricey. Fyi they have parking in the back of the resturant.
