Actually, anything but a dive bar!!

The food her is prepared by chefs who know what they are doing!

The Cobb Salad (with Parmesan Peppercorn dressing) was amazing. All the vegetables were cut up nicely and the presentation was awesome. And there was an ample amount of chicken salad provided!

I also had a (big) cup for the Green Chili. It was basically a cup of shredded pork in a wonderful flavored green chili sauce.

Most of my party really liked their food. The chicken salad sandwich was average and it comes with a small bag of chips - not a lot of food for the price.

Our waiter seemed distracted or maybe just not in a hurry. Of course, the restaurant was kinda busy at 1:30 on a Sat.

The vibe and outdoor seating would probably bring me back and I’d try a different item.

Amazing food and the service was exceptional. I felt like I was at home. I had the duck poutine and farrow beet salad. Portions are quite big.

Everything we had was incredible. The fish and chips I ate and the chicken nuggets my son had tasted fresh. Even the mocktails were great (thank you for offering them for those of us who are trying to remain sober!). The owner is a nice chap, too. We'll definitely be returning.

A fabulous casual local hangout. The sliders are fabulous (Tuesday nights especially!) and here is a photo of a strawberry jalapeño margarita, which has lotsa heat and lotsa sweet!
Edit: I still love this place and their food, but there is a serious problem with flies. I’ve never dealt with so many flies while trying to enjoy a meal in a restaurant. Watching them crawl all over the backs and in the hair of the other diners was absolutely disgusting. One even flew into a guy’s beer and he looked pretty ticked. I understand that they have an open/outdoor patio concept, but today it is cold outside and all of the doors were closed. We mentioned something to the server and she agreed that it was totally out of control.

We got the poutine and that was great. There is no meat in it and that was a bit of a bummer. My partner got the chicken sandwich and I got the steak. Both were really mid. The steak was the right cook but it was over seasoned, the sauce was not flavorful, and the meal took way too long with not many people in the restaurant. Don't recommend the steak for the price. The veggies of the dish were good though. The vibes of the place and the service were good! Disappointed by our entrees but that doesn't mean the place isn't cool

Haven't been there yet but heard nothing but great things. Just a side note it would be nice to see a picture without anyone in a mask on your drink menu. That time is long gone we hope.
