Wow! The best ceviche i have ever had! Better than Miami, better than Monaco, better than Everywhere! I was very surprised to find such an authentic, delicious, fresh and fun restaurant on a sleepy Sunday afternoon in downtown Sebring.

My dad was floored by the yucca. It was the best he'd ever had.

We can't wait to come back. If you're considering dessert, come early as the desserts sell out quickly. Dancing on Friday and Saturday. Need I say more?!?

Two Midwestern women walked in afraid of spice and left with a love of all things Peruvian. Seriously, the food here is AMAZING and it is such a darling place! They have wonderful decor and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

If you haven’t tried this place, what are you waiting for? My second time here and wow. This place has the best, most flavorful ceviche ever. Also, it’s literally a work of art. It’s so beautifully plated that you don’t want to dig in, however the moment you do, you won’t be able to stop. I also had the vegetable chaufa and it hits you with flavor on the 1st bite. If you like iced tea, I recommend the chicha morada. The sweet server recommended it to me and I’m so glad she did. I will definitely be back.

No more 2 hour drive for delicious Peruvian food! The Chaufa and Lomo Saltado were so good, not too salty at all, huge portions, tasty ingredients, will definitely order again!
We keep being amazed by this Chef! Delicious meals prepared from the heart, no shortcuts, from scratch. They have been consistently delicious, satisfying and well packaged for delivery. Their lomo a lo pobre is so juicy and tender, that tallarín verde could not have been any fresher, so light and satisfying at the same time. I had a taste of the pork that came with the tallarín verde, but decided to save it to make Hawaiian bread sliders with their picante golf sauce we had left over, the best salsa golf version we’ve ever had! I hope they consider adding a bigger option for that picante golf! DoorDash delivered by Aldeiry. If you’re looking for yellow, black or red maca, they have the real deal, 10,000+ above sea level grown, but get on a waiting list, they’re always out!

Stumbled upon this place today with my husband while exploring Sebring and we were so excited to try it. It’s located in the middle of the historic downtown and the outside seating is lovely.

Our waitress was absolutely adorable and so kind, but she seemed to be taking care of us, another table, and the bar.

We ordered a leche de tigre and a lomo saltado. The leche de tigre was more of a full blown ceviche and was really yummy.
The lomo saltado was very greasy and tasted way too strong of soy sauce, so we were disappointed there.

Although our server was amazing, it felt like it took FOREVER to get our food. One thing is a slow paced sleepy Sunday small town vibe, another is an absurd wait time for food.

Overall, if you’re prepared to wait a while, the ceviche is good, and the waitress was very nice.
