So, this is a medium size gelato ice cream ( before eating it) . Seriously… The associate was rude and when we asked for a spoon she said there some right there and as you see in the picture , that’s a sample size spoon. I’m baffled by when just happened and will not recommend this place …. Very disappointed customer

(Plant-based reviewer) YES!!! This place is a YES!! They have VEGAN vanilla bean gelato and bonus - they will pour espresso shots over it! They also make an excellent oatmilk latte and offer avocado toast among other things.

Glad we found this coffee shop! The avo smash toast was super delicious and so was the ham and swiss croissant. Also the coffee was tasty. Great service and we were given recommendations on the best breakfast items on the menu and they didn’t disappoint.

I’m a local who has been to True Blue regularly the past few years. The new management must have taken a turn because I went today and it wasn’t pleasant like it used to be. The barista was rude multiple times. They now have signs up that you can’t use your phone or laptop in the shop. My friend said she was asked to leave a week ago because she did some quick work on her laptop. Very unwelcoming environment and my go to spot is going to have to be a different shop.

This place used to have a nice charm, seems like they changed things up for more turn and burn. Met my mom there as she was passing through town. We got chai lattes and breakfast sandwiches (the shredder and the splinter?). There was only 1 girl working, and she looked worn down. It was mid-morning on a Sunday. The line moved slow because of this. The chai was good when it came out. When the food was ready, the sandwiches were still as cold as a refrigerator in the middle upon first bite while the bread was warm and toasted. My step dad's burrito was just lukewarm in the middle, not steaming hot. My mom asked for hers to be heated up more, but since she already took a bite, a new sandwich had to be heated up. This sandwich was warmer in the middle (not hot) but the outside of the bun was almost burnt. It seems like something isn't right with the way the food is heated to be served. This isn't an isolated case, either, based on other reviews. I don't think I'll buy food here anymore, especially with a $10 price tag for a cold egg and sausage sandwich that you might not catch until you're long gone if you took it for the road.
