Patricia was most helpful and helped us choose our dishes. A big smile and very attentive asking was everything ok and taking water to the table, even though the place was really busy. Spicy chicken special was great!

After having an unpleasant experience at the Monaghan college with an alleged caretaker at the science day,
I found this lovely jewel of a place coffee shop G.
I was served by Emma an absolute lady there.
It is a sheltered out door area family and pet friendly. You can get any amount of teas coffees and hot chocolate with pastries and scones.
Highly recommend it if you have mad kids and a family pet.
Emma was also very good at recommending other areas in the town that are also pet friendly. She is a real people person and major thumbs up ?

Fab cafe. Great lunch menu with lovely kids options too. Reasonably priced. Freshly made desserts on site. Staff are so nice and friendly. Would def go back!

The menu made all sorts of promises about sourdough bread and delicious hummus, with salad and coleslaw, etc. I got two VERY thin slices of toast scraped with hummus, with a quarter jar of sun-dried tomato dumped on them. There was the TINIEST scattering of dry lettuce and tomato on the side. It cost me €8.00. I'd have taken a photo, but I couldn't focus through the bitter tears of disappointment. I came in hungry and left hangry. I know businesses are struggling to stay open, but they're gonna get nowhere ripping people off like this. The two stars were for the lovely staff.
