Ahhh this place is 10/10 a vibe. I just wanted to get my stuff done at a “cute coffee shop” and this place exceeded my expectations. Quick, friendly, service. Christian was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome! Everyone was friendly and the drink was delicious. I’m very happy with my experience here and will definitely come again. Great place to study, chill, and hangout.

Some of these reviews blow my mind. As someone who goes here quite often, whether that be with friends or alone, this is my favorite kava bar. I've tried a handful of other ones within the area (furthest was about 40 mins) and none of them have felt quite like this one. They have trivia nights, where each host brings a cool theme and spin to it, they've started doing their book club again, open mic nights, they had their talent show and 3 yr party recently. There is ALWAYS something fun going on. All of the kavatenders are friendly and know what they're talking about. If it's your first time having kava or Kratom, they always tell you to take it slow, as everyone will feel differently from it! Many of the kava tenders there are there nearly every day, and they really get to know you and recognize you and make you feel at home. Christian truly puts so much work into muddy, and hes a great friend who is happy to listen and offer advice to anyone who needs a shoulder to lean on. And they don't JUST serve kava and kratom, I LOVE their coffee. It does get pricey if you end up staying for hours like I do, but the best bang for your buck is coming during happy hour and getting a half gallon of a drink you know you enjoy. It's a great hangout spot, a great study spot, and ultimately a great place.

Super lovely and cozy place to chill. I've been coming here over a year and they have good drinks and an amazing vibe, plus the people are super nice and friendly. It's a great place to study during the day, but it's also open late so you can stay and hang out at night. Highly recommend everyone to go, it's a truly great place.

It was our first time drinking kava and it was truly incredible! This place is super, the service was excellent, they explained everything to us and we finished with some delicious cocktails! The vibe of this place is incredible! I would definitely go again!

The mule is an excellent Kratom tea drink. Banana kava shot hits pretty good. Great atmosphere and service. Patrons are very nice and social. Very nice local talent here also.

I’m a regular at muddy! The vibes are immaculate. There’s always something going on- I especially love trivia nights. If you’re looking for a low key place to hang with friends this is it. Everyone here is so welcoming and the staff genuinely wants to get to know you and wants to make you feel at home, Christian is my favorite kavatender he knows my order by heart and always has a recommendation to give 🙂
