The girls behind the counter taking your orders is extremely rude and very aggressive, almost pushy like behavior, and I've noticed it on several different trips in addition to that. Phone order placement - the food will not be ready by the time you get there. Never is and probably never will be. It's the same as walking in standing in line and making your order right then and there. The minute you get there. That's when they remember to submit your order to the cooks if it's something to fry. That's when they tell you to sit it'll be 2 minutes, and basically, you'll be there 20 minutes, then receive your food. Do not place a phone order! Never! and when you go in there, be ready to get the most rude, rushed, absurd service ( the lady got mad at the poor soul because he wouldn't yelling over the music to place an order. But the food is great! ( This is reason i still subject myself to the awful service of these folks ) Must say once again that the food is great. SERVICE is unsatisfactory and disgusting, especially for men of color. And if you dare challenge any one of the ladies in there, God couldn't save you. And that's the mentality in there. I'm pretty sure the owner can care less as long as money is being made.

This is what I got for 20$ dollars the people here are so rude. The food is ok . I asked for a refund and they gave me exactly what I asked for.

I had enough with those girls only care about the men’s because of tips or people their involved with I stand in lane for over 40 minutes told the young girl I want oxtails she told me that was none while I’m watching her remove the pot with so much oxtail left just to reserve it for a guy that was behind 2 others I confronted her she said the guy had call which was a lied never again I rather go elsewhere the girls very disrespectful no respect for any females customer! Specially the one that’s putting the food inside the plastic bag. Don’t worry reporting everything to FCHR

I wanted fried fish. The fish was sooo big she placed it in a aluminum baking pan. Has rice and peas with fried plantains. The fish was seasoned soooooo well it was DELICIOUS ? will go back when in town!!

Sometime the foods are delicious, few times not good but left over not sure the oils not olive, seriously I know how to cooked delicious foods I can' trust none always something tired wasting my money's

I order griot the nastiest grio, looks like left over refried griot so hard I couldn't eat it I will never buy from them.

Definitely not the best Haitian food I've had , but definitely could be better . This is a small griot (fried pork) for about 6$ only get a choice of the plantains shown here or white rice which is strange for Haitian cuisine . Customer service wasn't the best sensed a little attitude but nothing too upsetting. Clean place all in all but portions could be better and variety .
