Let me preface by saying the food was good. We arrived by 630 pm. The restaurant was 50% occupied, with plenty of hustle and bustle. We sat for 10 minutes without any server coming and asking for our drink and food order. Once we ordered, we were then greeted by multiple servers, and that's when we were told there was no one specific server.

Appetizer: calamari. It was heavy, greasy, and chewy. It needed a light chili sauce, no a thick, sweet chick fil a tasting sauce.

Entree: Pad thai. The absolute only thing I was impressed with. Delicious, got the beef

Curry: we asked the server if it was mild, and she insisted it wasn't. I love spicy foods, but my wife can't eat with a runny nose. It was spicy enough to make me get a runny nose. Obviously, she has never had the curry

Sushi: They have a special called surprise me. You tell the sushi chef what you don't like, and they have free range to make something. It's 5 $ more than regular sushi. So you must be getting more. Wrong. It was mediocre, full of sauce, and only 8 pieces.

We expressed our concern with the sushi. There was no apology or let me get the manager. No refund or take it off the check.

The icing on the cake. After we had finished our meal, we had servers pass our tables at least 20 times. The plates from our appetizer and entrees sat at our table the entire time. They even filled my water 2x. After expressing my feelings about this to the server, she looked at me like there was nothing she could do. Take this review as you will, food 2/5, service -9/5.

Pathetic. Will never go back.

The food was amazing! Crispy Pad Thai and Broccoli lovers, but in a Mongolian sauce. The service is horrendous!!!!!! We were at the restaurant for almost 2 hours, Saturday night. Nobody even hardly spoke to us when they were at our table, weird. I waited a solid 10 minutes for my food, AFTER my husband was served his! The music is way too loud. I may go back because the food was THAT good. Plan to be there a while!

Service and atmosphere of place was great. Food presentation was good, our dishes came out in a fair amount of time with it being steady busy and waiter and waitress was polite took care of us. Price was fair but a few items seem a little over priced. Only downside is that some of the dishes we ordered didn't have much of a flavor or not enough seasoning.

Rai Lay - it’s fusion food with good ambience and service. The food was delicious with great quantities. Ordered Thai popcorn chicken, crispy pad Thai, Grren curry noodle soup, unsweetened iced tea, Mango iced tea everything was good with great taste we wanted it spicy. That’s what we had. Not at all disappointing.

A week later we ordered for takeout as we loved food previously, this time it was dam disappointing, the quantity was very less and the rice is less flavorful and dry without any sauces added (separately atleast)

I often go to Rai Lay and love the atmosphere of this restaurant. The entire staff always takes such great care of us and the food is excellent. Tiffany is our favorite server. She knows we are regulars and treats us so well! Anything we need, she will make sure we have it and she is so friendly. We look forward to seeing her. Thank you to all staff for always making our experience a great one. We will continue to be regulars at this restaurant.

We tried this place out on a Sunday morning to beat the crowds after hearing they had some great dishes. We tried the crispy pad thai and the Pad See Ew both at spicy level of 3 out of 5. The dishes came out temperature hot but the most flavorless food I’ve had in a while. After getting the dish I asked the waiter if this was the spicy level we ordered and they confirmed it. Just not great to be honest. Service was really great for the one waitress they had working but over all just disappointing.

Great Thai food restaurant. Extensive menu options with traditional Thai dishes along with Chinese and Japanese food items on the menu. They have sushi also, which is really Japanese but hey it's here if you want it. They are not kidding about the spice level here. I ordered the Pad cha chicken and asked for hot, since the medium spice level was pretty bland at other Thai restaurants. Big mistake, this dish was way to spicy for me. The flavors were very good but I should have stuck with medium spice level here. Their presentation was nice, but I could only eat half before my stomach was burning from the heat. Again this isn't the restaurant to blame since they delivered hot as I asked, so they keep their word. I am definitely going back here and ordering medium heat next time so I can enjoy the delicious flavors they offer.
