Third visit here in a year, all for special occasions. This most recent visit - for our wedding anniversary - was spectacular. Our server was excellent; her experience showed in the timing of her visits and the careful way she kept an eye on our table from a distance. She was always around when I needed her and made herself available for the “please stop by” eye contact requests that I made. Two managers visited a few times, checked on us, and made recommendations. Managers frequented the check-in desk and walked around during the entire visit.

Drink recommendations were solid. The food (one menu item, one special, two appetizers) was delicious. The filet was divine! A new dessert entry - apple crumble - was really well done.

It was busy and bustling but fun to be around so many other patrons that were enjoying themselves. The restaurant was warm and inviting and the vibe was spectacular!

Excellent food, excellent service!
We had a couple of cocktails, carbonara, profiteroles, and the lemon olive oil cake. They all exceeded expectations.
Our waiter, Ben, was very helpful and kind.

We had an amazing dinner this evening at Francesca’s. Ben was our server and took excellent care of us and was so fun to chat with. He was knowledgeable on the menu and super attentive throughout our meal. I would definitely recommend Francesca’s for a delicious meal with a great atmosphere!

I don’t understand why the hostess put us in a table right next to the entrance were workers come and go right next to a worker’s closet people come by with their outside coats right next to my food . Better tables were available and were still available by the time we left , the old smelly stairs are not very sturdy if you need to walk to the basement. The food was ok not great there are better places with better atmosphere and staff and better prices. Maybe it’s time to retire this place. It probably was a great place a long time ago.

Francesca’s was an excellent restaurant. Our hostess was warm and welcoming. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, which made for a great dining experience. The appetizers were fantastic, and my carbonara was so delicious that I finished every last bite.

La comida rica, mi única observación es que la carbonara tiene demasiado cebollín y opaca mucho el sabor. El carpaccio de res estaba rico y es un plato grande. La ensalada no sorprende pero cumple. Las pastas definitivamente son para compartir. El servicio muy bueno, muy amables y atentos. Es un restaurante familiar!
