The food here is really good! Customer service that you get from here is TERRIBLE!!! Ive been here with family and everytime we get disappointed at how long it takes for someone to approach your table with a menu. Even when you order drinks your having to wait 10-15 minutes just to bring it out. JUST DRINKS. You gotta get their attention just to come back around your table to get asked if your ready and even then you feel uncomfortable when you get someone who’s just not giving you the service you’d expect. Even then when you order your food. It will take 30-45 minutes to come out. I’ve seen customers walk out because they’ve never been approached with a menu. Me and my family decided to go elsewhere and only paid for our drinks because we didn’t even get our drinks when we ordered them with our food till we got the guy who took our order and the effort he gave was just so poorly. We got our drinks and we said we would like to just pay for that and cancel our order IF it even made it to the kitchen.

La comida es buena ... Pero no es cosa del otro mundo... La espera es enorme ... Deberían de checar eso la gente se desesperaba solo volteaban a ver si ya venía su pedido tardo más en llegar la comida que comérsela y irse...... La mesera que me tocó si fue amable...

Horribles pupusas gruesas y sin sabor. Lo siento pero una pupusa con sabor aunque sea pequeña vale la pena pagar para comerla. Pero mi familia y yo no estuvimos satisfechos con dicho lugar.

Came in with my kid and husband. We sat down and took 15 minutes to get attended. Two people sat behind us and the waitress went to them first, had to wave my hand at her and told me to wait. That was the first red flag, then she proceeded to come back to take our order and said "hold on" left and took another 10 minutes to come back. We were trying to be patient, we almost left and she came to take our order quick. I ordered an Horchata and the taste was not so great. I asked the waitress if i could get a replacement and said yes but i would have to pay for both drinks even if i didn't drink the first one. Just got water instead and didn't want to make it a big deal. Food was okay, but service was horrible.

Every time we come to visit family here in Fort Worth, we have to stop by and get some pupusas!

But this time, the service was HORRIBLE! The guy that waited our table had such a bad attitude! When our food came out, 2 of the plates were wrong, when we told him that he just kept saying that he didn’t know. He then came back and read our order back to us and realized that he had messed up. But the attitude just got worse.

We had to ask 3 times for a cup of water with limes, that had not been brought out. He never went around to ask if we needed anything else, we even had to get up and ask for boxes to go.

But the worst part was that as we were paying, and heading out the door, he decided to cuss out my brother…as soon as my brother realized what he was saying, and acknowledged him, he( the waiter) ran back to the kitchen.

If this is the type of service that we are going to be receiving every time we stop by, then there’s no reason to keep coming. And it’s sad that they have employees that have no respect for the customers. As much as I enjoy the pupusas, I don’t know if we will be back.

All I can say is the service was horrible. We waited almost 1 hour to get our food and they weren’t even busy. The customer service was the worst we have experienced. The waitress was so short cutting us off and mad mugging us the whole time. Don’t know why.don’t recommend this place at all!!!!
