The line is worth it!!!
We got there early and stood in line before they opened at 5pm.
They bring menus outside so you can figure out what you want before getting to the register.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful, explaining the options from the menu.

In addition to all the menu items, they also have tray specials that offer several of their most popular items.

The short rib pho was phenomenal, and the chilaquiles with the Korean twist was the best thing I've had.

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

I recently visited Cris&John with my family. Its small but delightful eatery that truly exceeded my expectations. Though the wait time was a bit longer than anticipated—30 minutes to place our order and another 15-20 minutes for the food to arrive—it was well worth it. We went Sunday evening restaurant around 6.15 pm and its close at 8 but if you order by 7.15 then you can dine in otherwise you have option to take out. The menu was incredible, offering a diverse range of dishes that catered to all tastes. Each item we tried was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. They have option to make most of items vegan. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff added to the overall charm of the place.
Cris and John stories are beautiful. They have only one restroom so you need to wait there as well. But must try place in dallas.

Long ass line that never died down. The place is way too small to accommodate such a craze in popularity. There’s a 100+ foot maybe 200 person line out the door the whole time they’re open and the space can only accommodate maybe 40 people or so.

I really wish hope they open another location or relocate.

Food was good, but the burritos were too hyped, bit dry.

Wings were great.

I do recommend trying the place if only for the variety of food and unique experience.

Dine in closes about 45 minutes before posted time, after that it’s all to go only.

It’s better if you uber/lyft cause parking is very limited for the amount of people.

Quality has gone downhill. When they have a line out the door, you’d expect the food to be good, but it’s honestly very mid. I want these guys to succeed because the creativity is amazing, but I can’t vouch for them anymore because it’s just not tasty anymore. Truly sad as this was my favorite restaurant in DFW but after having it numerous times spending $200+, it’s just a disappointment.

Edit for more details:
- Burger patties were dry and not as seasoned
- Fries literally tasted like they were frozen
- Ramen burrito had no taste, needed a sauce or something. Chicken was made well here but no seasoning. The wrap itself was nice and crispy
- Churros. Extremely dry and overcooked
- Lemonade was amazing as usual

It’s sad because the food used to be 10/10 amazing but the past few experiences and driving out more than 45 minutes, the food was not good at all. Please bring back the quality control and old chefs back.

Requested by birthday girl to visit here. She loved it. It is a small location and we were lucky a table opened up as we finished ordering. Line went fairly quickly and wasn’t as crowded as we expected.

My wife loved the food. I wasn’t to crazy about it but I do get the appeal especially if you are not scared of trying new things. The line was out the door and the inside was beautiful for the most part. The drop ceiling tiles could be replaced but other than that no complaints. The phorito had a unique flavor that I didn’t like it was a sweet taste that throw me off. I did love the tacos and wings. French fries where very delicious

Cris and John was an amazing find! After seeing many positive reviews and delicious pictures on social media like TikTok and Instagram, me and my family had to give it a try. When we arrived on Sunday for lunch, there was a line but it moved quick and we then got in and ordered. We ordered a few separate items and platter with several items. The food came quickly and the portions were fairly sized. The flavors were amazing! Everything we got was awesome. Be warned, the spicy chili wings are tasty but actually spicy! We especially loved the pho with the beef rib, the upgrade is well worth it.

We definitely recommend Cris and John! Give it a try!

My friend brought me to this restaurant, and I was surprised to see a long line of people waiting. However, the wait went by quickly, and it took us only about 10 minutes to get from the entrance to ordering. I ordered the pho burger, which was delicious! I highly recommend adding a fried egg to it — it makes the dish even better.
