I can't believe I haven't been here sooner! As someone who has a special place in my heart (or stomach) for Thai food, this restaurant is definitely a win.
Pictured here is the Chicken Panang Curry, which was a savory trip to dreamland.

Definitely will be back soon!

I, sadly, feel the need to change my rating for Three Sisters from 5 stars to 4. They still have the best food in Ephrata. Don’t think I will ever not crave their Pad Thai and iced coffee. They’re just that good! However, it’s the wait times after ordering that have been consistently been disappointing. And that’s probably a compliment to how good they are! I don’t normally dine in, but when I order take out and show up around the time they said it would be ready, more than enough times have I waited an additional 20-30 minutes. So again, trust me on the food, it’s spectacular. I would never stop recommending this restaurant, and I will continue to go. I just see this as an area I wish they could improve on a bit.

Been a huge fan of 3 Sisters Park for a few years now. The food is excellent. I know there’s a different 3 sisters out in Lancaster that kind of lets you make your own as you go but this establishment here is so much better. The taste is also booming and always hits the spot. The Panang Curry is great. The Thai tea is very good. If you still got room at the end, get the banana fried rolls

Food is made fresh so it does take longer but it is so worth the wait. Service has always been good. It is not a fancy shmancy place but clean & welcoming to those in sweat pants or dress pants! My friends & I love it!

Simple, friendly restaurant with great food. We stopped by for lunch and were greeted with friendly service. The menu offered a good selection, but what I appreciated was that for every dish there was choice of spice level - from "no spice" (perfect for my wife) to "Thai hot" (I don't even want to imagine). I got "medium" spice on my "Noodle Delight" and it was perfect for me. Some spice, but not overwhelming. And it was indeed a "delight". The noodles and veggies were perfectly cooked - slightly crunchy veggies. The flavor was wonderful and the portion size ample but not excessive.
You can also choose your meat (or protein). I chose pork and it was great. My wife got Cha Cashew with chicken. She loved it.
The place was very clean, pleasant and simple. The service friendly and prompt. The food took a while to arrive, but that (I'm sure) was because it was freshly prepared (that's why it was so good).
Prices were very reasonable.
Overall I'd say we're adding this to our short list of favorite Ephrata restaurants. We will most certainly be back.

Came for lunch today and the meal well worth the drive and wait. Yes, service is a bit slow but now that you know that, let's get on with what's good. The dinning area is smallish but cozy in a old small town way. Service is well slow but friendly enough. Once the food order is in it's comes out in a timely manner. Portions should fill most and the appearance is eye pleasing. Prices are as expected and parking was free. As been said: this is a great place to eat just be prepared for a wait.
