Dined here on a spa day package, the included menu had a good wide range of options, unlike many other places. Nice interior and a good atmosphere. We ordered prawn and shrimp crackers, baby squid, corn cakes, duck spring rolls and Thai fish cakes, followed by chicken massaman curry, prawn pad Thai, duck wrap with sweet potato fries and a beef and a prawn teriyaki, alongside fries and wok fried greens. The food was exceptional, alongside a good cocktail menu. We finished with a chocolate brownie, cheesecake and creme Brule. Had a pescatarian and staff were happy to accommodate dishes. The only letdown was the service, it was inattentive, we had to go and find staff to order dessert, drinks, and get the bill. Otherwise a good experience.

Food was fine, certainly nothing special for the price.
However, the service was very poor.
Our waitress spilled water all over the table and told us she was get some paper towels to clean it up. She forgot, and was stood chatting to her friend. We had to go and get her before the water spilled over our legs.
We were left with empty drinks and then couldn’t pay the bill. The majority of the room were trying to get the attention of the waitresses at this point but to no avail. I must add, it was not busy either otherwise I would be more sympathetic.
To top it off, I had asked for a birthday desert for my partner, which was added to the bill, but not actually given to us.
Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Service excellent, food very good, although I would say it is time the menu was updated as has been the same for some time.
Nice setting, though can become hot due to being adjacent to the leisure facilities.

The food here is of the highest level and if you love Thai food it's a must. The staff are always lovely and highly accommodating to our needs, and the lady that always serves us is lovely. Set in the grounds of Ramside Hall the restaurant is beautifully designed and decorated and is located next to the spa.

No Asian restaurant worth their salt should be serving dim sum like this. Torn, thick underdone dumpling pastry and overpriced. I’ve spoken to staff about this the first time it happened. Yet weeks later nothing has changed.

This poorly served dish cost over £10. When I spoke to staff about this it was shrugged off. Do better! The people of the north east deserve better than this. Demand better dim sum!!

Amazing food and fast and friendly service as usual here. Loved the Massaman and katsu curries, and wok fried greens are to die for, as is the mango and coconut creme brulee! Just fantastic asian fusion!
