I have never visited before and we visited as part of their January offer for 50% off food. It was absolutely wonderful. The service was brilliant and the waitress was so friendly and attentive. The tables are spaced far enough apart for you not to feel awkward. The lighting is just right for it to feel relaxing. I would not hesitate to return. The food is very good quality, fresh and super tasty.

Bottomless brunch all the way! This is our favourite go-to for bottomless.. lost count of how many times we’ve been now!!
The drinks choices are ok.. would be even better if they added an espresso on the cocktail choices.. Aperol Spritz is one of the choices but it just bloats you up & fills you too quickly so I have to avoid that (is that deliberate Not sure! ?)
We usually only ever go through the day from 1pm onwards Friday or Saturday as it’s lovely and quiet. Staff are super-attentive and quick to fill your glass or bring you a different drink.. they also approach you in the last 5 minutes to bring you your last drink which is a nice touch..
Food is exceptional.. great options for bottomless (and their normal menu looks sensational also!) love the spicy crackers & sharing platter starters!

Sohe is now up there with my favourite restaurants!

Food was delicious, service was quick and the staff were incredibly friendly - although it was incredibly busy the tables are nicely spaced out and I was able to talk without having to raise my voice! Another mention for the atmosphere would be the relaxed but sophisticated decor.

Beautiful restaurant, great food, excellent service and even better staff.

I will be back and I have already started recommending it to friends!

So amazed at the quality of the food, great vegetarian options that unfortunately is not a normal for other resultants to have over 3 options. Enjoyed every starter and meal. The interior design is beautiful too! Me and my boyfriend very much enjoyed this place

Took my dear old mother here for her 76th birthday. Both loved our meals and I managed to get her a little tipsy on the fantastic cocktails made for us. Staff where lovely nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be back. Big shout out to the chef Tyler who personally came to our table to wish mum a happy birthday. Thank you!

Went with my partner for lunch, neither of us had been before.

Firstly, it's beautiful inside and the other patrons all seemed to be having a great time. It's very instagrammable. So it will look great in your photos. But that's no good if the food isn't great, right?

Well the food is also delicious. We ordered a bunch of different plates, and everything was nice, but the cauliflower dish was sensational, and I say that as a massive lover of all foods.

There were two minor gripes, firstly the coke was in a smaller glass for the cost that I would have liked and was very(!) watered down, which was disappointing. The other is that the staff didn't come across as friendly, almost to the point of making things awkward, but the service was definitely good regardless.

I will 100% be returning. The cauliflower, the greens salad, the fries, the rice, the satay chicken, the calimari, all very, very good!

After coming from London to spend the weekend in Newcastle, my friends recommended this restaurant as one of the best and they booked a table for us to enjoy a lovely Saturday night dinner and cocktails.

We arrived slightly late to our booking but the front of house staff were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The lady showed us to our table and we were placed on the best table in the house (right next to the beautiful forest style wall feature, excellent for photos!).

We ordered cocktails, starters and mains. The service we received was quick, efficient, helpful and friendly. Everything arrived in really good timing so we were not waiting a long time for our orders to arrive and the staff were clearing the table promptly after as well.

The food was absolutely exquisite, I had the chilli squid for starters and the Salmon Teriyaki for mains with a side of greens. The Salmon was possibly one of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever ordered and I would highly recommend it. The cocktails were mixed to perfection and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish & drink that we received.

The bill arrived, I couldn’t believe how cheap it was in comparison to similar restaurants/settings in London! Absolute value for money and would highly highly recommend this restaurant. It will certainly be my new go-to restaurant when I am in Newcastle.
