It's not a bad small Mexican spot. It's looks to have been a fast food spot turned into a restaurant with full service/host and bar set up.
We tried the queso and was pretty good. I got the La Mexicana with taco, enchilada, and tostada, which was good, too. The wife had the chicken, which was also good.
Staff friendly and great about checking up on us. Full menu available at drive thru, which is crazy to see.
All in all, it's not a bad place to eat. Nothing really popped out, but overall, it was very good.

Good authentic Mexican food. You definitely get your money's worth with the portions. Outside the restaurant doesn't look appealing but inside is nice and so is the food. One of our favorite spots.

Jus found this place, looks new. Very authentic to me, good food and better dinks!!! Service friendly enough even with a bit of a language barrier but handled it beautifully. I guess this is part of the chain I'm use to south of here,

I've been here twice already and I must say the service has been great! So far I'm very happy with the food I have ordered. It's fresh, not frozen!! I met the owner and her husband, who is currently the chef... very great people work here. Thank you for coming to Red Oak, I finally have somewhere close to enjoy great alcoholic beverages, food, atmosphere, and music. Oh, and it's karaoke night on Thursdays, 7pm-10pm

My second time coming! Great atmosphere, food, and staff! The salsas and chips are excellent. You have to dine in to get the salsa and chips. ( not available through drive-through) Delicious spinach enchiladas! Everything was so fresh. Plus, the Texas Rangers parade was on! Everyone there was cheering and smiling, What a great day!

The food was great, the prices were fair, my only big complaint was that midway through our meal a musician came out and was singing so loudly that I couldn't have a conversation with my group, and the musician was on the other side of the restaurant.
If you like that kind of thing awesome, but I enjoy being able to talk with my group instead of having a musician (Who was good, not ripping on the quality!) singing so loudly we couldn't hear ourselves think...

Definitely recommend this place! Lots of options on the menu. The food is GREAT and the service was awesome! My mom had a grilled chicken plate and she loved it. I had the QuesaBirria tacos and they were so juicy and well seasoned. The consume was delicious. Very friendly staff, the atmosphere is nice and plenty of parking. Will be coming back to try more plates ? ? Certified Latino review ?
