I was greeted and couldn’t hear what was said to me when being walked to my table. I realized after the lady asked “table or booth?” I said “oh, booth” and that seemed to upset her as she put our menus down and walked away.

As far as The service goes, it needs work. I had water and didn’t get a refill for 20 minutes. We watched other receive complimentary bread like it’s a normal thing but we weren’t asked if we want any. Refills took forever.

the jalapeño honey chicken sandwich wasn’t bad. It was okay.
Their fries are good.
The Italian sub had too much oil but was decent. Just small.

We also got the GOAT pizza and that was great. Lots of flavor with a crispy but airy crust

Nice location for us as a local. Outdoor patio is pretty neat by the runway. Grandchildren enjoy watching the planes land and take off.

My son has a severe egg allergy and they were extremely unaccommodating. I asked the manager to check to see if their frozen chicken nuggets had egg and she said "I was advised just to tell you that everything has egg." They didn't care to diligence or try to problem solve with me to see how we could make something work for him. Also, I have been here in the past. Their food is mediocre at best. We were only going as it was a mutual meeting point between the people in our parties. I mentioned how we were going to cancel our reservation as they were unaccommodating and they just said, "okay". Didn't care at all. I have never experienced this level of dismissal this at any establishment.

We came here from Cross Keys NJ. It was a bumpy ride but I was very happy to arrive here in Avery nice comfy environment. The food was very good. I had a chicken salad with grapes, cranberries and a nice bed of greens. The chicken was to my taste and it didn't have any garlic or onion which I made sure to request off. I ate every morsel of my salad. The coffee was fresh and perfect to taste. The service was wonderful we had a waiter that was very people friendly. He was animated and a pleasure to have. They served a lovely loaf of bread that was perfect. Nice, hot and with a wonderful taste. The restaurant is located inside Lancaster Airport in PA.

Very good staff from receptionist to waitress & even good food. We went there Jul.3 for dinner. They serve fast, more seating & wheelchair-friendly as well. Definitely we'll comeback again.

We got there early ( pre 11:30 ) no wait, clean restaurant, friendly staff , amazing food , good price ( reviews that complain about price just ignore ) for the price you get a lot of food

Really cozy little place, the food was incredible. The atmosphere was wonderful and helped with the anxiety of the day. Nice view of the runway from inside with soft music, nice staff.

I usually rate restaurants based on how many things I would change, service, cleanliness, food quality and options, and lastly ambiance. There was nothing I would change about today's meal. The bread with olive oil and Parmesan were wonderful. The chicken Romano was very nicely done. Portion size was great, plenty of chicken, plenty of sauce, and chicken was cooked perfectly. Entrees served hot the way they should be. There is a great view of airplanes taking off . The restaurant is literally just of the tarmac. Although this is at the Lititz Airport, the prices are not obscene like your typical airport. Their prices are competitive with other restaurants.
