Came here with my boyfriend for dinner at 7pm on a Friday. Sushi One had a decent amount of people sitting there eating. Immediately when we came in the waitress/hostess greeted us and sat us down. I need to make a recognition to this woman who I’m not sure is the owner/manager/regular employee but she was doing it ALL and with a smile/positive attitude! She was so funny too, very personable with customers including myself. She did not have a moment where she was standing there doing nothing. She was hostessing, waitressing and taking care of takeout orders! She is the reason I will return (aside from the food being delicious too). I have read other comments saying about the positive attitude and motivation this woman had in their experience as well. She also asked us if I had any allergies or preferences when we ordered our food.

Wish I would’ve gotten her name, I encourage everyone to come visit! Food was delicious!!

Super cute little place that I discovered by accident as it was the only sushi spot in the area that was open on Monday. The waitress was attentive, fun and very nice. She was very understanding about my shellfish allergy and they were very careful about cross contamination. It's the first time in a while that I had sushi without pain afterwards, so I can tell the place is kept very clean and safe for food allergies. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the recommendations from the staff, as well as a few things we decided to try. I live about an hour away but will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.

This is our go-to local spot for sushi! It's always delicious and ready quickly. We went last night for my husband's birthday and had an excellent experience, as usual. The customer service is always above and beyond - can't wait to go back!

Visited Sushi One ? for the first time but definitely not the last time. Our host Lynn greeted us warm and promptly. I was amazed to her fantastic memory and humor as she recalled my girlfriend visiting years ago. Now, let’s get to the good part.

I’ve never experienced a sushi boat before and she took the time to cater it to our groups liking (more cooked than raw fish). In just a few minutes the boat came swimming down stream and did not disappoint!! We explored these delicacies one by one and topped it off with a perfect last bite. ?

If you’re seeking great sushi, this is your place!! It’s a visit you won’t regret.

I had an incredible dining experience at this sushi place! They had a variety of food that was absolutely amazing in presentation and in taste ?. It was pleasant and private. The welcoming environment made it perfect for families and I will say, even for a date ?. It's not just a meal; it's a delightful culinary journey. Highly recommended!

I want to start off by saying that I am not a reviewer and that’s simply because I’m too lazy to do it but when I do, that’s when you’ll know it left a great impression on me. We are new Sushi One lovers. My fiancé and I love this place. The waitress is so very friendly and sweet. And the rolls are even better. We’ve gone back 2 weeks in a row and we live 30 mins away (worth the little drive). We dined in once and did takeout the other time. We love the Fruitville Pike Roll, Paradise Roll (Raw), Pink Geisha Roll (Raw), and Crispy Roll. We will be trying more.

Tonight was our first time at Sushi One, and we will definitely be back again. It was absolutely the best sushi ever for us. The atmosphere and whole vibe of the place was just perfect, not to mention Lily, the waitress who kept every table laughing with her charm and amazing personality. She was like a machine, answering the phone, taking care of take out, seating people, serving and smiling the whole time. We highly recommend this place.!!! A must try is the Sexy Jalapeño appetizer. Fruitville Pike Roll, Manhattan Roll and the Godzilla

It's our second time here and glad we came back to celebrate our anniversary!! We got all sushi starting with the avocado ball and sexy jalapenos which I highly recommend either! Then we got an assortment of regular and special rolls. Everything was wonderful. Food came out quickly and tastes amazing. And the service was as stellar, just added to a great atmosphere
