American breakfast/lunch cuisine. Server was super friendly and attentive. Very cozy and quaint place. No frills. It was not very busy and it seemed the food took a little longer than we expected. The only critique is the overall ambience. It was taken over from an IHOP so it would be nice to see some more personality on the walls.

We had the pleasure of eating at the Flagler restaurant this morning. Joe the owner is very hospitable and friendly, rarely do you get that kind of welcoming experience at most establishment these days. The food was made well. We ordered an omelette, waffle, and eggs w/hash. My son thoroughly enjoyed his meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Yesterday we were looking for a place to try something new and different , we didn’t want to go to the same places we always go to, we couldn’t really decide and time was ticking. Started looking around and decided to give this place a chance since is relatively new. And O M G ! We just found our little gem in Homestead! From the moment we walked in the server Liz better known as “Cookie” made us feel at home, super friendly, courteous, attentive and helpful. We ordered the food and it blew our minds! The food was perfectly cooked, the amount, the flavor, the seasoning, I’m telling you in the world of my 11 yrs old daughter “The chef needs a little pat in the back“, my 13 yr old son “mom this burger is awesome! Leave them a big tip!”and my husband who is not a fan of pancakes “I’ve never tried pancakes this good anywhere, I’m so full but I cannot leave this pancakes out”. Everything we ate was super good! See the pictures below and go try it yourself so you can believe me when I say it’s a great place to have a good time and enjoy awesome food!

We were visiting the area and looking for a good breakfast spot. Friendly staff. Food was great and I have to say some of the best hash browns and French toast. Didn’t take long at all. Definitely check it out.

Great place. Really good steaks. Only little gripe is that it is a bit quiet. Would be nice to have some music playing perhaps. Other than that its a great place for breakfast. Prices are very reasonable though and I believe I'll be returning to try another item.

As you first walk inside you are filled with a lack of excitement. I say this because everything is atound the same neutral beige color. No decorations at all. Decoration-wise it lacks character.

When it comes to the food, i ordered a vegy omlet. It looks fantastic but it lacks flavor. I think its because i asked for chedder cheese and they just gave me some random cheese blend. Also my onlet didnt have any peppers when it was supposed. Besides that the pancakes and hashbrowns were very good. The regular breakfast(eggs bacon and hashbrowns) looks very good.

When it comes to the service i have no complaints at all. The staff was very attentive and food. Ame out very quick. They were also very friendly and inviting.

The pricing for each menu item is a bit odd in my opinion. There are some items that are the same price as a meal but they are a side. Other than that the onlet meals are reasonableat around $10-$12 for an omlet and hashbrowns.

Parking is just enough for this place. If it had a busy day i would be worried about the parking.

I will definitely give this place another chance with a different menu item. When i do i may change my review.

Stopped in for dinner. Waitress was so nice. 830pm on a Sunday. We were the only folks in the place. That worried us a bit. I asked if the steak tips were good. She said a lot of people get them and they like them. We can see way. They were so good. Nice wine sauce with mushrooms and onions. Paired with over-easy eggs, hashbrowns, and 2 pancakes. Wife got the crepes. She really like them and said they were very filling as she ate my steak tips and hashbrowns too. This place is gem.
