I come here often because I know a good meal is always guaranteed. The food is always serves relatively quickly and the fried rice is simply the best you can get in fresno. The spicy mayonnaise sauce is also amazing...some of the best I've had in the world!

The restaurant is located right next to Mad Duck by Maya Cinemas. There’s plenty of parking. The restaurant is very beautiful and big. I was greeted right when I walked in. They offer sushi and teppanyaki. My guest and I opted to do a booth for dining in. I love how the restaurant sectioned off teppanyaki into its own large room and regular dine-in with its own open large room. They even sectioned off another area for dining at the bar with TV. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. They have a large menu selection of food. We ordered three signature rolls total and they were all tasty. We had the Landon Roll, Mamba Roll, and Kamikaze Roll. We also ordered a large bacon fried rice. The food all came out pretty quick and our server named Dillan did a great job tending to us such as refilling our water and checking up on us. I also shared with the waiter that it was my guest’s birthday. After we finished eating and packed our leftovers, he cleared and cleaned our table and brought out a cute little fruit platter of pineapple shaped/cut into a fish with an orange made into a cute little cake. They also sang a Japanese song and had a gong for her to hit. (We had opted out of the Japanese drumming since it reminded us of a funeral drumming sound in our culture.) With three signature sushi rolls, a shareable bowl of bacon fried rice, and a Pepsi, my tab came out to a little over $80 without tip. Everything went great. I would come back again!

Busy, busy Friday night. Sat the sushi bar so no waiting. Did get to witness how precise the sushi chef is when making rolls. I had a verison of a spicy roll with subbing fresh spicy tuna for regular tuna. I was just thinking I would get rice, soy paper and tuna, but no, it had extras. The picture gives better detail. It was so delicious and simple. The owner had been out of town so the sake selection was stocked with the one we prefer so went with an Asahi. Not sure if they chill the mugs but it not it could help keep the monster beers colder longer. Not complaing, as you can guess, it was still finished. Michelle the server was so attentive, kind and professional. Overall had a nice evening out. May have to go back today because I've been craving that roll.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times before, and the food was good, so I decided to bring my mom here for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the experience this time was very disappointing.
We asked for rice without bacon because my mom doesn’t eat bacon for spiritual reasons. Initially, they said it was fine, but after another group arrived, the staff told us they couldn’t serve the rice without bacon since the other group wanted bacon. I suggested they prepare the rice and set aside a portion before adding bacon, especially since the rice wasn’t pre-cooked and was being made fresh in front of us. The server said they’d need to talk to the manager.
The server went back and forth with the manager two or three times, only to tell us they couldn’t separate the portions because the rice had to be prepared together. I even told them it was fine to serve the other group first, even though we had arrived earlier, but they still wouldn’t accommodate us.
By this point, we had already waited 15–20 minutes, and we decided to leave. It was frustrating to deal with so much back and forth over a simple request that could have been easily managed since the rice was made fresh.

The food here was fantastic and knock par with other major chains of Teppanyaki grills. The beers list included two Japanese origin beers on draft. I ended up at a grill by myself and portions were large and too much for me to finish.

Lots of great choices for regular seating or Teppan style tables. Outdoor patio also available. Great service and delicious food but the sounds in the building echo with the high ceilings so it can be very noisy. Definitely a fun place to eat!
