We just found this lovely little restaurant on December 31st at 8:30 pm. We arrived and from the start I loved it! The atmosphere, the crowd, and then they brought the food! Delicious! The guacamole is out of this world and my daughter ordered quesadillas and she told me they were better than the ones we eat in Mexico when we visit! They have Malta which brings back the sweetest memories for me of my childhood ❤️ and to top it all off… a yummy chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday!! Perfection! We definitely will be back! Best New Year’s Eve discovery ever!

I LOVED THIS PLACE!! The food is delicious and everyone is so nice. Alejandra was an amazing waitress. My favorite was the red snapper and fresh mojito! Will definitely be coming back!

I’m still dreaming about my meal at Paladar Fusion Mexico Cuba, each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

This place is our new favorite restaurant! We came down from Dallas and were so lucky to find this place! We tried multiple dishes so we could share and every dish had new, incredible flavors we’d never tried before. The atmosphere was clean, authentic, and tasteful. The service was better than any we have had before. The waitress and manager even checked on us multiple times helping us choose our meals and make sure everything came out good. The flan dessert was a fun experience to top it all off!

I learned of this place on Elder eats’ tik tok page, that was enough to bring us in. My husband and I had two different sandwiches along with palomas as our beverage. The service was incredible and so was the food. Loved the small details , like yuca chips upon arrival and the little flags on our dishes. Great ambiance! We will be back ?

My new favorite place in the city! Hands down, the most authentic Cuban food you'll get outside of Miami and Cuba. Ordered the congri and almost began dancing street the first bite because of the authenticity in taste and flavor! So glad I found this place by complete chance looking on Google maps while at a nearby park. The service is another bonus. The staff and owners are all so friendly and attentive. The ambiance is warm and festive with a slightly upscale feel. I have since been back twice and will continue to return. Do yourself a favor and go before it becomes a well known hotspot! I do hope that they will expand as the space is a bit limited.

I heard about the PALADAR that serves up Fusion of Cuban-Mexican cuisine & had to check it out! Located in what used to be a motel turned into store fronts- shops and restaurants.
Cozy clean atmosphere.
We started off with the complimentary yucca chips & Mojitos. We shared the crispy thin crust Empanadas - yum ?. I had the Camarones al Ajillo & my friend had the The Tacos de Camaron both meals were fresh & delish ? No liquor license yet , however you can bring in your own wine.
Friendly staff and great service.
*GPS was not accurate in finding the exact location. Cannot be seen off of Broadway.
Location is across from Witte museum garage parking -through Avenue B.

Just WOW! The food was amazing and so very fresh. I started with the Tuna Salvaje and fresh Guacamole con Masitas. So flavorful and did I say FRESH!?! I had the Tacos de Pescado (red snapper cooked perfectly, y’all!).
Finally - finished with the Flan with smoked cinnamon. I HIGHLY recommend! My waitress, Alejandro, was wonderful! Go. Eat there now!
