I've been here twice and both times have been excellent! They're menu has something for everyone and definitely save room for dessert! The Ron burgundy burger is delish and the black Betty is just the right amount of sweet and tart

At this place it was a more memorable experience than expected. We had some good menu items that were a burst of flavors that satisfied the taste buds. I give the whole experience a very good rating and I will be back sooner rather than later. Our only complaints were that it was very hot inside of the resturant. Not sure if it was just in the part we sat in, but it was bearable enough to eat and then get our dessert to go. Also, if you try the Rise & Shine, just know that the pico is very spicy. It was kind of a surprise. The waiter was very courteous and we tipped because of it. So the overall experience was top notch!!!!!

Gourdough's was definitely a must try when in Austin.

Very chill atmosphere with reclaimed wood vibes. It is a donut galore. With many different iterations of donut themes. The Donut burger is rich hearty and fun. The fried deviled eggs were a good way to start your meal. Desert was very good, could have done without the peanuts. Definitely a place to treat your donut itch.

We went on a Sunday at lunch time for our first ever visit. I've always wanted to try this spot. The hostess was nice and the waiter was very attentive. It appeared they are a bit short staffed since there were lots of clean tables open but they were on a 30 minute wait. No worries, everyone is dealing with the same issues. The food was great. My kids loved the idea. My only gripe is that I ordered the pork belly dish which was like $15 and only got three tiny pieces of pork belly (see pic). What I got was delicious. Maybe my expectations were too high but I was expecting more pork.

Heard about this restaurant awhile back and I finally got to try it out. I have to say the food definitely lives up to the hype. Highly recommend you come here hungry cause the food fills you up. My partner and I each got an entree and shared an appetizer. I got the Drunken Hunk which is meatloaf with potato pancake & candied jalapenos all on top of a hot garlic donut. My partner got the Boss Hog, which has pulled pork and jalapeno potato salad on top of a hot garlic donut. Sweet and savory never tasted so good. I also recommend you try The Big Cheez with cilantro buttermilk sauce. Most definitely will be coming back here anytime I'm in town.

Came for lunch about noon and since the inside was packed we sat outside. Our server tana was great and smiled constantly. There are trees outside and misters to help with the heat but that only does so much once the sun comes out. We sat at a table for two on the wall, we were talking to a four top in the middle but the host guided us away even though there was only one large party by the donut and a two top in the middle. I would have been fine but for some reason, there are metal things protruding out of the wall so I kept hitting my elbow which is frustrating. I had to sit at a weird angle then the sun was in my eyes, today was just a day. The Arnold palmer is great and the bendy straws are a cute bonus. The chicken pot pie was good too. The dirty bird was good the first half but the second you could tell there was too much lemon pepper seasoning coating for my liking and the bottom donut was soggy. Great concept but needs a little work in my opinion.
