I came here because our friends recommended this place we are a group of 4 for dinner.

To start with I really liked the Ambiance of the place. It is very beautiful the interiors are fantastic you will feel like you are entering into a decent upscale restaurant.

We started with 2 glasses of wine although their cocktail menu is super awesome. (Guess was in wine mood).
We ordered TOM YUM SOUP ?, one with salmon and one with chicken. The Salmon portion and the chicken portion in soups blown me away it’s passed the mark. The soup is fantastic 5/5.

In appetizers ordered we ordered Garlic chicken wings definitely not up to the mark and none of liked it and staff gesture of amazing they did not add that in the bill with out any hesitation that’s the best part of customer service. Ordered shrimp balls they are decent I wouldn’t say awesome but it is good 3.5/5.

In the main course we ordered their main rice item in menu the pine apple fried rice with shrimp and coconut fried with chicken. They are really really amazing definitely a 5/5 for both of them a must try.

Lastly I would say the best of this restaurant the desert Flambeau Everest Cheesecake it is one of best deserts I have had in the recent times it is simply amazing a definite try and the presentation how they make is so super cool.

Highly recommend this place, I know there are so many options we haven’t tried in menu but what we tried is so amazing if you are fried rice fan definitely try the pineapple ? and coconut ?.

I really hate Christmas. But I love the tradition of Chinese food on Christmas. My friend and I went to 1618 tonight and it was so fantastic. Delighted my tastebuds, filled my belly and lifted my holiday gloom. Our waiter Josh was so knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. Despite the fact that the place was packed, he took his time, didn’t make us feel rushed, and made excellent recommendations. I had the salt and pepper tofu and my friend chose from the Dim Sum menu. We both loved our meals. The tofu dish is out of this world. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Delicious sauce. Beautiful presentation. Thanks 1618 and thanks Josh!

Starters: Calamari with their lime pepper sauce is delicious! Definitely give their soup dumplings with their spicy pepper oil a try, they are so good! My husband and I actually mixed their spicy pepper oil with the lime pepper sauce for the calamari and it gives a tasty kick.
Entrees: We love their roasted duck fried rice. I enjoy their pineapple fried rice since it has more of a spice to it and includes shrimp plus roasted duck. Sesame chicken is yummy!
Drinks: all always good! If you love coffee martinis, definitely try their tiramisu martini and request a shot of espresso!
Great service and atmosphere as always. I recommend setting reservation bc they usually have long waits!

Very, very good food.

Food tended to be a little on the spicy side, but not a problem for me. If you want less spice, they might not be able to do it on the dish you want.

A little tricky to park but worth it! Free garage and a some spots in the alley/back street.

Definitely going back.

INCREDIBLE experience here with Shaira as our server. She was great with the suggestions and you must try the Rainbow Scallop Dumplings and the Chicken Dumplings, however, everything we had was so so good. We will certainly be back.

Very nice place with amazing food and atmosphere.
Barring the wait of > 1 hr, we did a very late reservation, everything was good. Even kids had a great time despite all the wait.
Fresh rolls were good. Steamed and pan fried dumplings were very flavorful. Tofu small plate had a delicious buttery seasoning. The veggies bao was soft, one of best I have had.
Lemongrass tofu with vermicelli was loaded with fresh flavours. But tempura tofu was the star for me. It was sour, spicy with very refreshing fusion flavors. It is our must have going forward.

The desserts were not at the same level as the food. Tiramisu was average( did not even have lady fingers in it). The churro had nice presentation but cinnamon was string for my taste.

But overall it was money and time will spent for us. Looking forward for next trip
